I have the right to refuse any project.

Completed commission forms will be considered first.

Please provide as much detail as possible in your form, including but not limited to: references, example images, palettes, mood boards, etc. This is especially important for any commission that requires character design.

Ensure references are clear and in full-colour.

If your character design / reference is from another artist, you must have the commercial rights to the design.

Any additional details needed to complete your commission will be discussed further once your commission is accepted.

Commissions are not on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Priority will be given to returning clients.

Please be sure that you have the available funds before commissioning. Payment plans can be arranged.

Deadlines and/or debut dates must be clearly discussed and agreed upon before accepting any commission. Once booked, deadlines can be pushed back but never moved forward unless an additional rush fee is paid.

Rush fees are an additional cost of +50% of the invoice price.

Commissions may be streamed on Twitch and progress posted to Twitter and Tiktok. If this is an issue, please let me know when requesting the commission.

There will be an additional +50% fee added to the invoice price for secrecy.

Invoices will be created and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through Paypal in USD.

A 20% deposit will be charged upon booking an official slot. This fee is non-refundable even if you decide to cancel the commission.

Payment plans are available, where the client can pay installments or lump sums towards the invoice at any time leading up to the completion of the commission. The commission deadline can be discussed to give the client x number of months to pay the installments. The 20% deposit is still required up-front however. If you would like this option please mention it when booking your commission.

I require full payment before any completed files will be given to clients.

Up to 80% of the invoice can be refunded (full price less the 20% deposit)

If the commission has been started, only the % incomplete will be refunded.

Once a commission is cancelled, your commission slot is permanently lost.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be allowed to re-apply at a later date and your deposit upheld. This will be at my discretion.

Issuing a chargeback without contacting to cancel or refund a project will result in permanent blacklisting.

If for some reason your PayPal account authorizes a refund request, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

By reading and agreeing to these terms of services you agree to never issuing a PayPal chargeback for any reason whatsoever. Any cancellations or refunds must be through contacting me and not a dispute.

WIPs of commissions will be given periodically through the process.

For vtuber models, WIPs will be given for approval at the following stages: sketch, lineart and base colour, final render. Once the model is finished small changes may be added but no major changes will be made after each of the WIP stages.

For live2d rigging, clients will be given a chance to test the model and request any minor changes after the model files are given. Clients will have 1 week after the invoice is payed and the files received to identify any changes or fixes, which will be prioritized before starting a new commission. After 1 week any changes will require another commission order.

The finished live2d model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2d project files for the model will not be given to the client.

Communication will be through twitter DMs or Discord messages, whichever the client prefers.

Any messages will be responded in a timely manner, but may take up to a couple of days when busy. If I don't respond within 2-3 days please send a follow up message as I may have missed it.

If I need further information or details for your commission and contact you, if I do not hear back within a week and with numerous follow-up messages, your commission may be moved to the next slot. If further communication is ignored, it is under my discretion to cancel and/or refund your commission.

Please be patient with me when working on your commission, especially if you are further along in my queue.

Vtuber models typically take around 1-2 weeks to complete.

Live2d rigging also takes around 1-2 weeks to complete.

These time estimates are only for once I've started your commission and are not reflective of how long it will take for yours to be completed.

Keep in mind that sometimes life gets in the way or illness can keep me from working on commissions. In these cases I will update my workflow as needed.

Deadlines must be reasonable and communicated to me during your application form. If you need your finished piece quickly there will be a rush fee as stated above.

Clients may display my work on any website as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to me, and not claimed as their own work.

The client retains the rights to the intellectual and property and commercial rights.

I still retain the copyright over my work, which include the right to: redistribute, reproduce, use as a sample for sales and/or self-promotion.

Changing, modifying, or editing the psd without my permission is not allowed.

You are not allowed to request another artist to alter and/or recolour the model.

You may not share the psd or live2d files of the model with anyone else.

Selling models without my permission is strictly forbidden.

Using my art as a base for anything, including tracing, is prohibited.

You may not claim the model as your own or anyone elses, credit must always be given to me.
