I have the right to refuse any project.

Please provide as much detail as possible during your consultation. This includes but is not limited to: references, example images, palettes, mood boards, etc. Being prepared for your consultation is especially important for any commission that requires character design.

Ensure references are clear and in full-colour.

If your character design / reference is from another artist, you must have the commercial rights to the design.

Please be sure that you have the available funds before commissioning. Payment plans can be arranged.

Make sure you know exactly what your commission will entail and any extras or add-ons that will need to be included in the initial invoice.

Additions to the invoice after the deposit has been paid may require a separate commission booking or be subject to a 50% rush fee.

Once booked, an estimated completion period will be given. This timeframe is subject to change, you will be kept updated if there are any delays.

Please do not schedule or announce a debut date before receiving the completed files.

Commissions may be streamed on Twitch and progress posted to Twitter and/or Tiktok. If this is an issue, please let me know when requesting the commission. An additional +50% fee will be added to the invoice if secrecy is required.

Invoices will be created and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through Paypal and in USD.

A 20% deposit of the total invoice will be charged upon booking an official slot. This fee is always non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel the commission for any reason.

For art + rigging commissions, 50% of the invoice will be due when the model art is finished, before giving any psd or png files. The remaining 50% for rigging will be due upon total completion before receiving any rig files.

I require full payment before any completed files are given.

Please inform me upon booking a commission if you require a payment arrangement.

The 20% non-refundable deposit is still required even if you set up a payment plan.

Once the initial invoice is given and the deposit paid, you may pay installments or lump sums towards the invoice at any time leading up to the completion of the commission.

The estimated commission completion date can be discussed upon booking in order to give you "x" number of months to pay the installments.

Full payment is still required before any completed files are given.

Communication will be through twitter DMs or Discord messages, whichever you prefer.

I will try to reply to any messages concerning commissions in a timely manner, but may take up to a few days. If I don't respond within 3-5 business days please send a follow up message as I may have missed it.

Please respond to any of my messages regarding your commission as soon as possible to avoid delays or cancellations.

I may need to request further info before the commission has started, or send WIP updates for your review.

If I do not hear back after more than a week, your commission may be moved to the next slot.

If there is no communication for an extended length of time (ie. more than a month or your slot time has passed), it is under my discretion to cancel and/or refund your commission.

Please be patient with me when working on your commission, especially if you are further along in my queue.

Vtuber model art typically takes around 2-3 weeks to complete.

Live2d rigging also takes around 2-3 weeks to complete.

These time estimates are only for once I've started your commission and are not reflective of how long it will take for yours to be completed once booked.

Once booked an estimated completion time frame will be given, but based on the actual time to complete your commission and the commissions of those ahead of you it is subject to change.

Sometimes life gets in the way or illness can keep me from working on commissions, start or end dates for commissions may vary or change because of this.

I am clinically disabled, which sometimes requires me to take long breaks during or in-between commissions. In these cases I will update my workflow as needed and communicate that there is a delay.

Please do not schedule or announce a debut date until you have received the completed files.

WIPs of commissions will be given periodically through the process. At this point you may request any number of small changes or fixes. Major changes may require an additional fee at my discretion (ex. design changes completely different from what was discussed during the consultation).

After the consultation and original invoice is created, any additions to the invoice will use my current website prices, and may require an additional rush fee by my discretion.

For vtuber models, WIPs will be given for approval at the following stages: sketch, lineart and base colour, final render. Once each model stage is finished and approved you may not make change requests to a prior stage of work without incurring additional costs.

For live2d rigging, the runtime file will be provided after full payment. You will then have a chance to test the model and request any minor changes and/or fixes. You will have 1 week from when the files are received to identify any changes or fixes, which I will prioritize on doing before starting my next commission. After 1 week any changes or fixes will require another commission order.

The finished live2d model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2d project files for the model will not be given.

Credit must be clearly stated in the bio/about section of any social media handles where the model is used. This credit must either @ my twitter handle or link directly to my twitter / website.

You may display my work on any website as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to me, and not claimed as your own work.

You retain the intellectual, property, and commercial rights to your model.

I retain the copyright over my work, which includes the right to: redistribute, reproduce, use as a sample for sales and/or self-promotion.

Up to 80% of the invoice can be refunded (full price less the 20% deposit).

20% of the total invoice is considered the deposit and is always non-refundable.

If the commission has been started, only the % incomplete will be refunded. The % completed will be based on the estimated hours of the total project vs how many hours I have completed up to that point.

For cancelled/refunded commissions in progress: I will provide the psd and png for the model art (at whatever stage it is in when the refund is requested). If a refund is requested mid-way through rigging I will only provide the .moc3 runtime file. I do not provide .cmo3 files, so keep in mind that you would have to hire another rigger to start from scratch.

Once a commission is cancelled or a refund is requested, your commission slot is permanently lost.

Cancellation of a commission happens automatically if there is no contact from you for an extended period of time or if the timeframe I set aside for your commission has passed. In such a case you are entitled to a refund less the 20% deposit (assuming the commission was never started).

Depending on the circumstances for a cancellation, you may be allowed to re-apply at a later date and your deposit upheld. This will be entirely at my discretion.

If I choose to allow a client to re-apply and uphold their deposit after a commission has been cancelled, they must go through the standard commissioning procedures again. This includes a consultation, details of the commission, quote, and the payment of a new deposit. Note: the quote will be according to my currently listed commission prices not the prices listed in their original invoice.

If I am made seriously uncomfortable by your behaviour or you break any part of my TOS I have the right to cancel your commission immediately. This may happen before a commission has been started or while it is in-progress. The above policies would still apply and a full or partial refund would be given (less the deposit).

Issuing a chargeback without contacting to cancel or refund a commission will result in permanent blacklisting.

If for some reason your PayPal account authorizes a refund request, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

By reading and agreeing to these terms of services you agree to never issuing a PayPal chargeback for any reason whatsoever. Any cancellations or refunds must be through contacting me and not a dispute.

Changing, modifying, or editing the psd without my permission is not allowed.

You are not allowed to request another artist to alter and/or recolour the model.

You may not share the psd file or the run-time file publically.

Selling models without my permission is strictly forbidden.

Using my art as a base for anything, including tracing, is prohibited.

You may not claim the model as your own or anyone else's, credit must always be given to me.
